Re: [Online H2H] game crashes when I try to invite friends

I have done all of this and whenever I send an invite it still crashes and when someone sends one to me it says game session no longer available.   I have also reinstalled the entire game 3 times.

I’m having this exact same issue. I also tried to play with a friend in franchise mode and the game just crashes as soon as it tries to load the next screen. @EA_Blueberry 

@XxTKERSHAWxX @cquinn38  i had to have support unlink my xbox gamertags from my ea account and readd them myself.   This fixed the issue for me.

@XxTKERSHAWxX  When you load madden on your xbox if you unlinked it the game will ask you to sign into your ea account again at the menu.   When i did this i just created a new ea account to be sure it would work.

@XxTKERSHAWxX you might if you create a new ea account.  When you talk to customer support ask them.   But unlinking the account from your gamertag is the only way to fix this issue.

Yes I removed it and then re linked and it still didn’t work but finally after 3 weeks I got it to work, I’ve put 50+ tickets in, spoke to numerous ppl and no one could help but today Pro Madden player Kiv reached out to me and told me to try deleting ALL of my friends on Xbox, he’s on PS btw, and then after to close app and restart console, so I then restarted my game and now I can perfectly send an invite without crashing and can now receive them without getting ERROR: Game session is no longer available..I also had problems where I couldn’t play a single solo on next gen and had to do all of them on my Xbox one version on the same next gen console and now that works perfectly fine too, hope I can help some ppl out like he helped me!!

Has this been fixed I did everything u did and Im Pissed off cause I bought mvp edition and can't play with my ps4 friends 

I haven't tried deleting on my friends yet which is insane BTW but I guess I'll give it a shot when I'm home today ill let u guys know 

I did all of that and nothing worked, please help because this is so frustrating not being able to play with friends. I’ve had this bug for a while now and the recent updates still didn’t fix it

You ever have any luck fixing it?

Also having this issue and many others. EA hasn’t givin me any solutions. I haven’t been able to play the game basically since I bought it in august! Pretty crazy there’s no solutions and EA doesn’t help
