Yeah he's right. what you're saying is incorrect. Because how is it that I'm 158-57 with skill points of 4929 with no rank but theres someone i just played that is 18-14 with skill points of 2817 and he's ranked 28538. i don't get it. its pointless for me or anyone that has this similar problem to play online.

See? Rankings lower than 99 should and do show up for most people.

I can get into games using Quick Match but how do I know if they are ranked or not? How can I tell if I am in a ranked game?

This from EA: "Regarding the problem with blank ranking score - it is currently under investigation. We are trying to find the root of the problem and fix it. Also, I can see that our Community Team looking into this as well, as all bugs reports goes through to them straight to the Studio."

Hey Bosco it looks like we are in the same threads and encountering the same problems. I pressed square for PS4 and it says UNRANKED. The problem is it's like stuck. You can change every option but that. You cannot hover over it you can't change it. It's just grey.

Still waiting on an update from EA since they admitted that this is a problem and that they know about it and are working on it. EA, what's up?

Ok, big news. I figured out how to have my H2H rank show up. This is on a PS4. First, I created a new sub-user on the PS4. If you create a totally new user, you’ll have to pay again to play online, so don’t do that. Then I created a totally new EA Origin account with a new email address. Don’t use an old account with EA or an email that you’ve ever used with them before. It has to be totally new. After doing this and after going 4-1 in H2H, my ranked show up as 90,126.

My old account still isn’t showing a rank even though I have over 3000 ranking points. And neither is another old account. Both of these I used to use on PS3, so like I said, it has to be a totally new EA Origin account. This worked for me, let me know if it works for any of you.

We had a maintenance today and while this issue was not specifically addressed in that maintenance it is possible that this issue will see an effect. Can you please let us know if there was any change to this issue since today's deploy, thanks.

The update did not fix the problem.

Yes, all that will be wiped. You are starting over from a totally new account.

On PS4, go to settings. Then Users, then create new user menu, then create a new sub user. You have to use an email address that you've never used before. Then go to EA Origin on a computer and create a new EA Origin account with a new email address that you've never used before.

My new account that was working now goes back and forth with showing me ranked and then unranked.

Thanks for the update. Just hoping ea fixes it, cause I don't want a new sub user and to start over.

My rank stopped showing again. Problem is NOT FIXED, EA.

How weird I am ranked at 3300 points in the top 19% now 3471 points and no ranking. 

Still have same no ranking problem with original account. It has never showed a rank. New account has been showing rank for last 2 weeks but came and went before that.

Almost everyone I've played against that have "good records" but aren't ranked play the game in a way that is exploitative and unrealistic, such as always calling quarters defense, never kicking, quitting early, and calling only a couple plays over and over again. Played for years and I've seen this over and over.

Hello EA?! Seriously, no updates, no action, no response to this problem after all this time? At least come out and say there's nothing you can do about it if that's the case. Or it's such a low priority for you that you just don't care. This happens to a lot of people. Fix it! Geez!
