@EA_Blueberryyes but it only does this when i try to play with my xbox one controller when i try to play a game with the keyboard it will go to the next screen

When you plug in your controller or enable Bluetooth for it, can you visit your PC controller and Bluetooth settings to make sure that controller is being selected when the game is running?
You also want to make sure the controller has the latest firmware update. Outdated controller firmware can result in some compatibility issues.@EA_Blueberryit is a wired usb controller plugged into my windows 10 i just bought it few months back and on the box it said it was compatible with xbox one + xbox series x + windows i do not know how to update the firmware i just plugged into the usb on my pc and have not messed with the settings at all since it works perfectly on other games
