EA Staff (Retired)Affected players on PC should be able to get into their existing online Franchise leagues. However, there are some impacts that have occurred and we are working with the Development Team to understand those impacts and properly explain those to players going forward in an official EA Madden NFL Forums post. Hopefully we can get this information out soon, but we are currently waiting for all that information.

@EA_KRAELOHello, thanks for the message and your attention to the issue. It’s greatly appreciated. However my I just checked my league in which league data had been impacted and received no message on the screen. I received a small update for the game however but no in game message with additional directions. It’s a online league with myself and one other person who did not receive a message as well.
EA Staff (Retired)@Guntz1 please reach out to help.ea.com and put in a trouble ticket to have them investigate their list of impacted players. They should have a list of players impacted at this time.

What was the solution? I have the same issue
I didn’t end up having to do anything. EA did some work on their end and suddenly franchises were restored. Sorry I can’t provide more help or guidance. 😕
It's not fixed. It's been 10 days and multiple conversations with EA, just for them to say they're working on it, no idea when it will be fixed.
How did you get them to actually do something? I feel like every time I talk to them they are just saying whatever they need to to get rid of me and nothing ever gets done.
