Says right in the tweet that 'all online franchise modes ... will come back online once maintenance is complete'. Looks clear as day to me 🙂 That's the same message they put out nearly every week when they do maintenance. Slim chance to no chance it will involve our inaccessible franchises.

- @Juddyx You appear to be correct. Maintenanceapparently will have begun over an hour ago unless I've incorrectly converted 6am ET to UK time and when I just booted up the game I was given the maintenance notification advising Franchise would be offline. I then went to franchise and started a new cloud franchise implying that they have finished maintenance and put them back online.
If that's correct then this maintenance has not fixed the issue as my original franchise is still unavailable and is still showing the same error page it has since last Friday.
@EA_Blueberry Can you confirm if I am correct that today's scheduled maintenance has been completed? And can you confirm that as a result the current PC franchise issue is unresolved? The MaddenNFLDirect twitter that you directed us to still hasn't even acknowledged the issue yet it managed to give MUT users multiple updates over the course of a few hours as a problem they were having was identified, acknowledged, then resolved. EA are rather predictable sadly. I'd be surprised if this Blueberry character has talked to any 'team' about the issue, it's more likely he's just trying to condense the complaints into one place and placate people a little.
So franchises are back up from the maintenence but the franchises still aren't able to be accessed
@ValiantPaxWhile I don't see they officially announced maintenance is complete (honestly don't know if they even will), I was no longer prompted about Franchise being gated when booting up the game and could create/access a new Franchise as well, but could still not access my Franchise.

Can we also get some general insight on if the maintenance is indeed over since Franchise mode itself is accessible on PC, but the previous issue Franchise cloud saves are still not available? Did it target this issue at all?- UsDarkmanx5 years agoSeasoned Traveler

It has been over a week and there has been NO communications at all from EA. How can you just ignore a whole platform's CFM issue?
Admit you lost our franchises or tell us what is going on? You charged us a premium to play this game and give no support.
@RayMondoBurger I doubt @EA_Blueberry knows anymore than you or I; he's essentially a forum moderator. If he does, we're obviously very low on the priority list as he's busy copy pasting responses to basically every other new thread.
Yeah I doubt @EA_Blueberry has any more insight into the issue than what the development team gives him. With that being said, it's essentially been a week at this point. I'd like to know if I need to just start our connected franchise over at this point or if there's any hope of a fix in the near term.

Sadly we have started to create one out of a backup, cause we aren't going to wait much longer for EA to do it's job correctly

@RayMondoBurger - let's be real @EA_KRAELO or anyone that can actually do anything doesn't care about PC franchise users. It's been clear through the lack of communications with us.

Thanks for your feedback on this matter. Our team is aware of certain PC and Xbox Franchise Leagues still impacted from the last Title Update. Our Community Team is working with the Development Team to get an update on this matter so we can share with our players. Unfortunately, we do not have an update from that team on these specific leagues, so unfortunately, we don't have any information to share at this time. This really isn't a lack of not caring because if we didn't care, we wouldn't have asked about this and tried to get some updates. We just need the Development Team to provide us the exact details on the player impact on this issue. Once we have more information we will definitely share. It is a priority for me after today's server maintenance. Have a good day.

- UsDarkmanx5 years agoSeasoned Traveler@EA_KRAELO Thanks for the reply, but the optics of this isn't good. We and I mean Multiple 32 vs 32 user man leagues have been down. With no actual communication outside of yourself and other Community forum managers. All the while MUT had issues after the patch and were given almost hourly updates on MaddenNFLDirect. It seems the franchise movement that came shortly after M21 release wasn't enough and needs to be a trend again.
We have been more than patient with this entire thing. A solid week. This isn't anything bad towards your Community managers, you guys have at least communicated, Madden on the other hand has not. @EA_KRAELO
Based on your latest post it's clear that there are one of two options. Either A) This hasn't been fed back to the '[d]evelopment team' or B) It has been fed back to the '[d]evelopment team' and they see it as the lowest possible priority and have it sitting at the bottom of a long list of tickets. In any other scenario you would have information to share with us.Perhaps the intention here is to kill off the already limited PC community as there is no intention to bring Madden 22 to PC? Just speculating here, but when you consider the lack of next gen update to PC for Madden 21 and the obvious disregard for PC CFM players it wouldn't shock me if this is another phase out of Madden on PC as 'next gen' moves to being the 'only gen' in the future. Let me guess, you have no information to share?

Thanks for the feedback. I totally understand the concerns regarding this issue especially in light of the current situation related to Franchise and our Franchise players sentiment on the mode.

@EA_KRAELOWe're just getting anxious and sensing a false hope here. We have been told so many different things and we're not sure what's going on. The forum post about the maintenance last night said "all franchises will be back online after the maintenance". After that excitement last night was ruined by the disappointment this morning, we're gonna be led to believe you guys don't care. Madden Direct hasn't posted about it, we have had to dig for information and we have watched MUT errors be fixed within hours while we wait over a week.

Unfortunately, unless I have an update from the Development Team, I cannot provide you one right "now". Trust me, I would love to give you an update right "now", but I can only do so once I get that information. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding on this matter.

- @EA_KRAELO Is there any chance that the Dev team could tell us if the franchises are safe or if there is a chance they might be lost? Or at the very least if they're unsure whether they can be salvaged? Much of the frustration is coming from people worried that a lot of time invested in these could be gone and the frustration could be allevaiated with a bit more detail on the situation.
We appreciate that you can only share with us what the dev team allows you to share with us but unfortunately the community managers are the only people we can feedback to that the level of info coming from the dev team is awful particularly given the circumstances. As others have said this is impacting the plans and schedule of up to 32 people per cloud franchise. I've read elsewhere that leagues are bleeding players and fracturing as people disagree on whether to wait it out or start fresh. The optics of it are particularly frustrating because nobody directly from the Madden team has bothered to address it such as through the MaddenNFLDirect twitter page. @EA_KRAELO As you say unless you have an update from the Development Team you cannot provide us with an update, can we take this to mean that the development team has never provided you with any information on this matter?
