so your saying it should stop only during after the 2 minute warning?

@cjxvs Yes.
Technically when you go out of bounds outside of the 2 minute warning the clock will stop but start back up once the ball is put back at the spot for the offensive team. oh ok i understand it now

The clock also stops if you go out of bounds in the 4th quarter as soon as there are only 4 (or 5?) minutes left on the game clock. It only starts again with the next snap ...
