Re: Players turn to NAT

I've had two of my players that I bought from the auction turned into NAT one was super expensive 96 overall Barry sanders please help

I don't have any upgrades on him I tried taking everything off and it still says NAT which is ridiculous considering that I bought it from the auction house I feel it's truly unfair to take expensive cards that by all rights should be able to be sold or transferred to training coin and tag as NAT after you buy it from the auction house it completely goes against NAT standards you shouldn't be able to buy NAT cards on the auction house and its pretty shady that you guys allow people to buy cards for expensive prices and then block them from being able to sell or trade cards that they busted they're * grinding for that's absurd

You can't purchase NAT items from the auction house. It stands for Non-Auctionable/Tradeable. 

When items are altered after being purchased from the Auction House, they will become NAT. To allow them to be re-auctioned or traded, the item must have it's upgrades removed and downgraded to the original item. This way players are purchasing items without any upgrades to give items consistency on the market. 

If you want to drop a screenshot in here of the item's upgrade section that you have I can take a look, but I'm 99% sure something is being overlooked here. Unless this was a NAT item you opened up from a pack or earned from a challenge that you mistakenly think was purchased from the auction house.
