I have a problem also trying to connect to H2H play online...i didn't get any msg that was suspended..I also re-downloaded the game as well and rebooted my wifi. Still the same problem..(Madden 21) ...

@EA_Kent Can you please help me with this problem. I bought EA play hub at monday and I installed Madden NFL 21 trial and it says cant connect to EA servers and it brings me on main menu where I cant do anything. Game recognises that I pressed X on any game mode but nothing happens. I tried restarting router, restarting PS4, power cycling PS4, I even reinstalled game 3 times and it still doesn't work. Can you please help me EA? I really want to play Madden NFL 21 and If you fix it until my birthday and I enjoy it I will buy it.
