It's difficult to know what exactly happened for the IDs on your accounts without pulling up this information and taking a look. I strongly recommend contacting our Support team immediately and have them pull up the PSN IDs you used and unlinked to verify they are all properly assigned to an EA account. Our forum team cannot make any changes or discuss specific account details. They should be able to get this fixed for you in just a short amount of time.
