Re: Refund for Bricked Game after being Wrongfully Banned?

Being a hardcore fan / loyal customer, I preordered the most expensive version of the game to get the most out of Ultimate Team (A Mode I’m Bricked Out Of.) on Xbox. I got it the day it was released. It’s been past the 14 day return time  but companies aren’t supposed to do things like this to their customers: Ban them & Brick them out of their games for things they didn’t do. I can’t even access 80% of the game I paid $120 for.  So beings it’s passed the return time does EA just get to Rob Me & Rip Me Off or is EA willing to make an exception because this is Absolutely No Way any Company should ever treat it’s customers?

I’ve bought Madden & many other EA Games for over 30 years and never had a problem. This is the first time any company has done something like this to me. I know it’s not right & I don’t think it’s legal either.

I’ve also been playing games my whole life and never been banned for anything because I follow and play by the rules as I did in this situation.
