I'm not exactly sure whether I completely understand your issue. therefore some questions first:

do you mean you got e.g. 4 stars in one single challenge and the 5th is still missing? if yes, which difficulty did you chose to play the Solo? you have to complete the Solo on the highest available difficulty level and complete the additional bonus objectives in one game. it does not work, if you complete the Solo on a lower difficulty and complete both bonus objectives in the first trial and then redo the challenge on the highest difficulty but missing one or more bonus objectives.
my second guess how to interpret your issue: did you complete all available Solo Challenges of a promo incl. all bonus objectives and you are still short of the maximum stars in the milestones tab? if this is the case you might have missed some limited time challenges. these type of challenges has to be played before a specific deadline and afterwards they are not available anymore. unfortunately, if a player misses the deadline it is not possible to gain the full amount of stars for the respective promos.

@Neo_Novalis I always complete the challenge on the three star difficulty and if I don't get all five stars I redo the challenge on the same difficulty of three stars. And still no matter how well I complete the challenge I just can't get that final star

@kootiez which challenge causes this issue? maybe the bonus objectives are misspecified?

@Neo_Novalis It first happened with the Christmas event challenges so I tried different challenges that weren't LTMs. It did the same thing in Rivals, MVP, and Legends challenges as well. I made sure to read the challenge goals thoroughly and I checked the goals while doing the challenge to be sure I completed all the challenges bonus ones included. I'm baffled by what's going on and don't understand how to fix it or what I'm doing wrong. If I didn't understand something I turned to other gamers that had completed the challenge via youtube and the madden forums.

@kootiez hm, that sounds pretty weird. did not read about a similar bug yet. could you maybe make some screenshots when it happens the next time?

anyways, I hope there will be a solution for you soon. I think I can imagine how frustrating it is for you. ☹️ good luck!
