That said, which platform are you playing on? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since you started running into this issue?

  • I have tried connecting to three diff networks and every single one of them have me stuck at the Reviewing Game plan part. What is the fix for this I did not spend money again on Madden to not play it. I can log into every other game I own with no problems this either needs to be fixed or I want my money back for the game I paid to play. 

  • Nothings working for me. Not the hotspot nothing. Please fix your game ffs I’ve spent way to much money for some thing that’s never gonna let me play again.

    Same issue started happening after update 1.12. Tried all tricks that’s been suggested to fix, but nothing works. I like how EA acts like there is no issue or deflects the blame on others (ISP, network, system). I’m able to connect and play online with other games, even other EA games, so it has to be an issue with just Madden 21. Either madden servers or code written wrong to verify game while logging in. IDK, all I know is it’s a Madden issue and would like EA to at least acknowledge an issue and say they are working on it. Stop deflecting blame! 

  • Guys its most likely a your banned. Ea is horrible at there jobs i have waited 21 days so far with 0 help from anyone at ea to fix this, have called reps on the phone, ea help twitter,cases open for 21 days, no help on the forum, like whats a person have to do to play the dam game.. they would rather let Zirksee promote his coin site then let u play legit. FACTS
