turn OFF your xbox and UNPLUG it for a good 30seconds and connect it back. It should work. 🙂

    I had same problem for last 1 week.  Did not know what to do...kept waiting until i read this blog!!!

    HARD RESET WORKED FOR ME!

    Also - this started happening right after i created a profile for my wife on the X1, never happened before then.
