We're limited on what we can discuss here on the forums because it's a public venue, such as account details in order to uphold strong account security.
Have you reached out to our Support team on Twitter or at our website Help.EA.com to confirm why your account is disabled? You can reach them via live-chat, phone, or email.
Our Support team cannot overturn bans or suspensions, but I know if an account was banned due to an account being compromised by a third party it's possible they disable the account in order to have the true owner contact our Support team to verify ownership and help update the security details on the account.
You should have received an email from our Terms of Service team regarding a ban or suspension placed on your account though. Please check your junk/spam folder in case it was routed there by the email provider.
