Re: Team captains series 2 tokens lost when downgrading max out team captain

@SteelHammer59 that sounds very annoying. ☹️ is it possible to substitute these items by series 4 (as @Tatalus proposes)? unfortunately, it is a loss of coins but at least you could upgrade your team captain again (since you only need one of the 3 items offered in the store)...

anyways, I do not understand why the store does not offer an unlimited amount of these items (maybe with the warning on the screen: 'you only need 3 of these items, but if you lost them, you can buy them again.' without the warning one might assume you could make use of them more often). the items are sold at the store for 15k coins but do have a quicksell value of 1k only. it would at least allow to correct an unintentional mistake by making an additional payment....

@Neo_Novalis I will say that this is partially my fault for not realizing that I hadn't purchased enough series 1 captain tokens and used the series 2 and series 3 tokens, but the program shouldn't allow you to put an series 3 captain token into a series 2 slot. To me that is a programming problem. If I put in a series 3 token, I should get them back. After posting my comment I downgraded my player and my binder had the following tokens:

3 - Series 1 tokens
4 - Series 2 tokens
1 - Series 3 tokens

In my store, I show that I can only buy series 4 tokens. Which would seem to indicate that I had purchased 3 Series 1, 3 Series 2, and 3 Series 3. I'm not sure what has happened to my tokens. I should have at least a total of nine in my binder plus a few extra from completing challenges. I don't think I quick sold any of them.

I think when I put my series 3 tokens into the series 2 slots and then when I downgraded, they converted.

I holding out for a while hopeful that maybe I can get this resolved before using any series 4 tokens. Right now I need 2 series 3 tokens to upgrade the captain to tier 9.
