I have the same problem it wont let me play online franchise on madden 20 xbox one I have changed my password a few times now still not working is there anyone that can help me thank u

@Trinadee1 What message are you getting when you try to connect?
Have you tried rebooting your console and network? This stuff is frustrating for real
