AH I see, would this be for Madden 21 by any chance? There is an known issue with those drops that's being looked into at the moment. They would be correct if that's the case as due to the nature of investigating these bugs, there's rarely a set timeframe that can be offered for that bug.

Yes, I still have NO to twitch drops but got my Prime Reward so the accounts are linked correctly.
I am also having issues completing solo battles as after 9th solo, it won't give me any more solos.
same here for xbox, i've tried 5 or 6 times in the past three or four days since they said they were working again.
Same here on PC. Haven't been getting them.
I don't think twitch Drops are working on PS4. Everyone I know with a PS4 is not getting their Drops
I have not had any drops for at least a week. I have disconnected and reconnected my twitch and EA accounts, and done the same for my EA PSN account. I am on PS4.
During GMM this morning they reported that we should be getting twitch drops for Madden 21 but I did not receive them after watching the stream.
Same. I'm using PC game, via my origin account. Drops have worked in the past (I have all the drops for the Derwin crowns until today), but since the issue 'was fixed' I am not getting drops neither from the regular MM streams nor today from the crown event. I have unliked it and linked again couple of times, still no change.

In the same boat, on xbox.....my twitch drops have worked fine for 2+years.......i have watched the derwin james stream for 12 weeks and im 3 crown tokens away from the last card......hope this gets worked out, if not what a waste of countless hours over a 12 week period
- yes, EA need to give us something for people like us that are not getting drops

We're aware of the issue some players are experiencing with Twitch drops and we are investigating it. Once we have an update to share, we'll post in this thread.

It has been a month since I received drops. I'm on PC. I have properly unlinked and relinked over 10 times now. I have tried doing it right away, and I've tried waiting up to 24 hours before relinking with no luck. I have contacted EA Help about the issue daily. I was them reply to everyone who needs help and completely ignore me over and over.
I have lost out on over 90 drops and 4 crown tokens so far and not 1 person can even acknowledge my issue.I did receive the prime rewards pack. Everything is properly linked. Please reconcile this issue, it's unfair.
- @EA_Lanna I am also having issues getting my twitch drops for your streams and have been for about 2 weeks now.Before that i got them like clock work and i am a MOD for all your streams and its also cause me to miss 2 weeks of the Crown tokens plus the normal packs.Hope to here something on this soon and i get my crown & Packs.
@EA_Lanna @EA_Blueberry @EA_KRAELO I am also still having issues with my twitch drops and I have not received the crown tokens. I reached out to EA help again today and they have no updates for me other than you guys are working on it. I have a total of (64) GMM packs that I have not received since I open my trouble ticket: 69301378. I also didn't receive a total of 🏈 Derwin James crown tokens. I have followed EA Helps troubleshooting steps regarding to unlinking and linking my account which I have done several times already. They always inform me that my account is properly linked, but this is a general issue that many players are dealing with and they're waiting guidance from the studio. It has been over 2 weeks now and please give us an update or a timeline on when will this issue be fixed. Or at least allow the EA help team to grant us our missing crow tokens. Please give us an update. Thank you.

When you visit your Twitch account profile do you see an EA account under Settings>Connections?
Multiple pages of people with problems who have clearly already stated that they have followed the relinking and they still do not work and all you reply to is the most recent post @EA_Blueberry ???

Hey there! The team is still actively looking into what is exactly causing it to happen to certain players, I took a quick look at the account above and wanted to verify with the player on whether they see the connections from their end to help determine the root cause of this.
Question for you, have you reset your Twitch password around the time when you started to not receive any drops?
I know it's tough to see others get rewarded while you're not when requirements are being met and I wish I could help you out individually from my end here on the forums, however that's not in my capabilities. At the moment, granting this content is not possible from our Support as the team needs to help gather info they need to ensure all players being impacted will be rewarded fairly. If you feel you've been ignored in your cases being created at Help.EA.com, please direct message me your case number so I can follow up to see if our quality team needs to review those cases for Advisor training. - @EA_Blueberry I have not reset my password. I have tried everything from unlinking and relinking right away, to waiting up to 24 hours to relink. I eveen tried unlinking every single thing from twitch, and also after 11 attempts I tried to link to a secondary twitch account and it didn't work.
I've tried everything possible with no luck. I did get prime rewards so it's only GMM and other stream drops that do not work. First of all thank you for responding @EA_Blueberry Truly appreciate your time as I know you guys are busy dealing with other issues. Attached below is the screenshot I took moments ago of my twitch connections. As you can see with my other connections I have been connected for 3 months. Due to the unlinking and relinking it's showing its only been 19 hours, but I have been connected since I moved over from PC. I used to be on the PS4, but I decided to move to PC this year. Again, my account was working perfectly fine receiving GMM packs and crown tokens prior to this recent issue that came up 2 weeks ago. I don't doubt that you guys are working on a resolution, but a timeline or maybe grant us 🏈 crown tokens for the 2 weeks we didn't receive would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your assistance and help with this matter.
Same as all the people mentioning above. I've tried to reach out at different points and have got no reply or solution. Next week players will start having 97 Derwin in the game, which will cause further competitive imbalance since a portion of us that have been following every stream will not get the same chance, and we are not given a chance to do anything about it, or a solution for it.
Can we have an estimated time of resolution from your side @EA_Blueberry ?
Is there any other channel where an official ticket can be submmited?
Same issue here no drops since EA restarted them was getting them no problem before EA paused them and I'm on Xbox. Unlikned relinked numerous times but still not one single drop so I don't go into any Madden Live stream anymore no point as I was only there for drops if I'm honest. That said I do follow some of the steamers who do Madden Live streams but not all of them. Looks like we are all on our own on this one there's a surprise EA.
Hey guys, I was able to recover 1 of 2 missing tokens. What I did is to go to the help.ea.com website and write directly to customer support.
The agent was very polite, looked into my account and said that he can enable the last week drop, cause he can see that I watched the stream. Problem was that he can only access last week of watching data, so the token from the week before that is not able to be recovered. That makes me a bit sad, cause I also wrote to the support a week prior, but then the agent didn't do the same, and so now that one token is lost.
Still, a call to action would be to go to help.ea.com and open a conversation with the agent. Please make sure you are polite with the customer support agents, it's really not their fault.

The only update I have right now is that the team is still looking into addressing this, I know that's not much and want you were hoping to hear but I'll try to update you all as soon as possible early next week. The Community Manager mentioned how this is a major concern for the community over a stream and it's a priority for the team at the moment. Our Support team is not granting any content from these streams at the moment to avoid confusion, however I do encourage you all to submit a case at our Help site so we can get this incident tracked for your account.
