Hmm, I see.
When you've got a chance please follow up with the EA Help team on your case so they can take a look and try reaching out to you again. I'm not sure why the email responses they sent weren't able to reach you, unless they were blocked from your email address for some reason.
You can resume your case at the My Cases page, or you can set up a new case through the EA Help website. I'm sorry for the inconvenience on this, but I really appreciate your patience.
