Re: Unable to Connect to EA on Madden 21

@EA_Blueberry I reinstalled the EA play app, still doesn't work. I have also power cycled a couple of times. I am able to get on the ufc 4 trial and Madden 20 game, but Madden 21 still will not load.

    You both don't have a controller charging dock hooked up to your Xbox, do you? I've seen that cause menu freezes before.

    Can you both try resetting your password at Help.EA.com and then try logging back into the Play First Trial?
