THAT'S the message you choose to respond to?!!!! Not the 2103920932 messages asking for a real update or the 238293 messages asking for someone else to take over the handling of this issue because YOU are doing literally nothing. Everytime you give an "update" it's a generic response that literally tells us nothing new. This is insane that this is still an issue. When Xbox and PS have a connectivity issue that affects people using a service/feature, they have it fixed in a couple hours. A day at most. They both have over 100 million users and every single one of them is affected by those connectivity issues. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON that EA has not been able to fix this by now. Are you telling me that a multi billion dollar company does not have the resources to resolve such a trivial issue? Why would anyone believe this? Do you think the people on this forum are 13 yrs old? In all honesty, you should be ashamed and embarrassed that this is still unresolved as it directly affects the perception of the company as well as you as a person. I for one would never want my name/face attached to such an egregious mishandling of an issue. Complete lack of self awareness and zero accountability.@EA_Blueberry wrote:

*UPDATE* 12/30Updating this post now that reports of file downloading or access to Madden Share is not working. The team has been notified. We will update this thread as soon as we find out more details.
Hey, everyone.The team made a change yesterday that should allow the files to be downloaded. I was actually experiencing the error myself yesterday and upon logging in this morning I was able to download both a roster and draft file without any error. Can you all let me know if it works for you?@Hartsgrove90
