You keep deleting my posts. I don't curse in them. I don't attack anyone. In fact, I literally say that I don't condone the harassment. All I point out is how ridiculous it is that you haven't given a single update with useful information. It's been more than 2 months and you haven't told us what the problem is. You haven't told us how it's being addressed. No ETA on when it will be resolved. All people want and DESERVE is transparency. That should be a given in any situation like this.
This issue has happened the past few years and was addressed for the most part. Why not just repeat those steps to fix the same issue again...
Again, why would anyone believe that a multi billion dollar company doesn't have the resources to fix a basic network infrastructure problem?
