- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoNo. And EA has been anything but helpful. I have gone through 3 calls over an hour and a half each with no resolution. Very frustrating since I purchased the game to play ranked matches and have not been able to do so.
That sucks. They also aren't helping me and that's why I also bought the game.
Why can't I play a ranked game?! Unranked works fine.
I've deleted game and files and reinstalled. Same problem. Also did all the opening ports stuff. The ranked/unranked option at the top of the custom menu will not let me highlight and change it. It stays on Unranked no matter what settings I use or reset to default settings. I have about 2400 points in h2h games which is more than I see see other players who are on the leaderboard. HOW DO I PLAY A RANKED GAME!!!?
I can play h2h unranked games but not ranked, Why not? Online custom menu doesn't let me access the ranked/unranked bar at the top and is stuck on unranked.

Yes, thank you! Simple question: Why can't we toggle between ranked and unranked games?
Still waiting after an hour.
Now I've waiting for a phone call for over 20 minutes.
Still waiting for chat after 90 minutes, phone call 35 minutes.
Finally talked to someone that suggested I start a new user profile and see if that fixed the problem. I did that and had to pay again to play online even though I had already paid for the other profile. Using the new profile did not fix the problem. Same thing - can't toggle between ranked and unranked games.

I was told to do this and did it. It did not work. Same problem still exists.

I would suggest you to please perform these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure that the PlayStation ID is connected to the Origin Account.
Turn off the PlayStation fully, and disconnect the power cord and wait 7 seconds. Please visit the below link to know more about this:

Make sure that the device and content is activated on the system.

Please take the backup of the save games and clear out their Data Files. Please visit the below link to know more about this:
