Facing the 'no content' issue on PS4 as well. Loaded up my account in expectation of spending some money on MUT. I've spent it on something else now. EA, you're losing money and you're not even helping your community by providing proper information. I, like other people, am turning my head elsewhere...

i have a xbox one and I havent been able to purchase any madden points since the game has come out. I have called ea numerous times to see what was going on but nothing. I borrowed my friends madden for the 360 tried buying points for it and it worked but does not for the one. I hope someone figures out what is going on because the way ea is handling this im about ready to be done with them completly.

How is it solved?

i bought the points. the money was taken out of my bank account, but still no points  

YES, I Had EA SEASON TICKET.

I got it right after loading the game in hopes to get discounts.

But instead got no points offers found.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

For me I had to load madden twenty five(25) and open up an EA Season Ticket pack or somthing like that.

After i did that i loaded madden 15 where i had a pack waiting for me,(and have had one waiting for me once a week on the day i did this.)

ONCE i had opened that pack, I then was able to purchase points from the store again.

Not sure if that is the actual problem or not but it has worked for me and a couple other people.

Please post back if this worked or didnt for you!

I don't have EA SEASON TICKET so it's not what is causing the problem for me.

You are all lucky you have not been able to purchase, because step two in this problem is that the MUT H2H button disappears and your season is over. You can't play anybody else and can only play solo challenges with that team you've spent money on! Be Warned!

How can they fix this problem, while still having thousands of people who can't even play the damn game because they still haven't fixed the MUT head to head missing button issue? They are taking the money, knowing they can't deliver the product. 

who ever is getting the no points error go and put in madden 25 and buy a small pack and it should accept it. then fo back to madden 15 and it will work, I had this problem for a month with no real help from ea
