Re: Unable to turn off pre-existing injuries (players on IR ex: Aaron Rodgers)

What's going on? I cannot play with Odell Beckham in the Giants!!  I am playing Play Now Live/Exhibition and I went into settings and set in game injuries to zero and that made absolutely no difference.  I cannot see any other means of disabling or turning off pre-existing injuries to players in the game.  I have been searching online and looking at the settings, however, to no avail.  Is this how this game is now? I was able to disable injuries in Madden 17 and now I cannot? Please say there is a way to disable injuries or I will be deeply, deeply upset.  I spent $70 on this game to be able to play with my favorite team and players and I can't even do so.  Why was this not stated in your promotions prior to the release of this game? Is this some sort of bait and switch? There has to be a way to play with players previously injured.  There just has to be a way!

I was totally upset as well; it makes no sense whatsoever - here is a link.

A few seasons back, EA Sports started disallowing injured players in all online H2H games. If you want to move an injured player into the starting spot, you’ll have to wait until the end of the NFL season, after the Super Bowl. Madden 18 is no different. In case you haven’t been able to keep up with all the latest injuries, the pros at Madden School have put together a list of injuries with the biggest impact in Madden 18.

Thanks for the feedback.  This is extremely disappointing. I'm seriously doubting that I will purchase another Madden game until they fix this.
