Re: Unknown login error occured/EA servers cannot connect/connection failed

Let's try the following steps to help with those errors:

Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Restore the Licenses on your console
Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
