Re: User Team will not sign free agents.

I have all the offseason stuff set to auto. I have gone through two offseasons and no free agents were signed by my team in either one. The CPU Teams did sign free agents. I thought if this was set to auto the CPU is supposed to sign free agents for my team. I even made it to the first preseason game with just one QB on the roster and before the game the CPU did sign another QB to fill the roster. My team has plenty of cap room and the team was good in both seasons, winning the super bowl in the first year and making it to the conference championship in the second. So there wouldn't be any reason that not even one free agent would sign with the team. Is there some reason this is behaving this way?  Is anyone else having this issue?  I even did a full sim through the season and offseason to test this in a separate offline franchise and checked and the user team didn't sign any free agents through 10 years.  I stopped simming after 10 years.  I reported this as a bug already but wonder if anyone else has seen this or has any ideas.
