Re: why cant i download madden 23 on ps5

I pre-ordered the game last week, then downloaded the trial. Now ot won't let me install my pre-ordered copy, prompts me to re purchase the game, but also says I already own it, and won't allow me to install any version of Madden 23 at all.

    @ShebLion2020 Can you try restarting your console and internet equipment, then going back in and checking if this continues? If so can you check via PS mobile app to see if you can send the install to your console?
