It sounds like you're trying to play the trial version. If you have access to the full version of the game, try deleting the trial from your system and download the full version from your platform's store. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Im having the same problem... I've Installed and reinstalled and it still says "this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into the account and restart the game to continue your progress."

Did you solve the problem yet because my madden is doing the same thing where I have ultimate gamepass and downloaded the madden to the same account and it is giving me this message.
