Community ManagerThanks for the report! To clarify though, when you try to change the route for a receiver with the Xbox One controller, does the option not show up to do it or are you performing a change and it doesn't register?
Have you tried removing the controller from the PC or re-synced it? Does it have the latest driver?

I have not played this week so am not sure if the issue persist.
I played Sunday last and I used the keyboard for hot routes, controller for everything else. Every button on the controller works and I have 2 more that also work perfectly which I tried to swap.
so far this is what I’ve done
The issue is really troubling as I am able to use all buttons of the joy stick in game. The issue only occurs while I ask my tight end or running Back or WR to perform a hot route with the keys (LT) (RT) (LB). For example pre snap I can audible to flip my play by pressing RT and it will work. However once I audible a specific receiver to RT (block, or hitch) no input is receive. The hot routes are displayed as valid options on the hot route menu. So instead the last two weeks when I hot route I simply audible with my keyboard and play the rest of the game with controllers.
If I play this evening I will update my comment.
