Re: Xbox One Madden 15 download problems

Press start at the main Xbox One menu, then:

Settings -> Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear

Reset the console. 

Then:

shut down the console. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes. Once the two minutes have passed, kindly plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange. Finally, Once the power brick has the Orange light start the console and try the game again.

    Yeah no kidding. Build a fire, find the nearest pond and skip rocks, make three vine videos and read first seven chapters of Little Women.

    All jokes aside that in a proven method.

    I turn the game on and it says reading storage device and its basically frozen and not doing anything else.  All my other games work fine.

    I have the xbox one and i just bought the game, but it keeps saying "Reading Storage Device" . It has been loading 1 hour
