Re: Xbox one .... madden 19 no game results only losses

For the past two/three weeks, Madden Ultimate Team 19 has not recorded a win when my opponent quits a H2H game. 

EA took a step further by not recording the stats for a few games I even completed all the way to the end of the whistle. 

I have made several attempts to get a hold of someone from EA to resolve the issue, but nothing has been done. I restarted my router, called my Internet provider (they confirmed it's probably a game issue) and then gave it a few days to work itself out. All my other games work just fine. But Madden has consistently failed to record over 12 games I've won so far. 

Feels like EA could care less about any issues not Madden 21 related. It's sad because this is probably one of my favourite MUT games. 

I've had the same record for about 3 weeks now. I can't attach a video showing the issue because anything over 2-3 minutes is too large of a file. After a game EA indicates wait 3 minutes for the stats to be processed. 3 min wait, but 1 min max file limit. 

EA is absolutely terrible.
