I moved your message to the Madden NFL 23 forum. It was previously posted in the EA Originals forum.

Regarding your issue, we're not able to raise the limit or remove accounts from a console so you'll need to keep using the accounts that are already saved to that console.

    We're not able to do that through Answers HQ. If an advisor already told you this can't be done then unfortunately, that's the case.
