The setting is in parental controls in the PlayStation app.

You need to allow the child's account to have permissions to view web content.

After allowing web content in the PlayStation parental controls it resolved the issue.

Thank you for the solution, but I don't want to allow my child to go on the internet, youtube.. I just want him to have access to Madden online.. is there another solution? If I change his age to 16 he might be able to connect to Madden and play online without allowing websites in parental controls ? Thanks in advance for your answer
