Redeem code

I entered the promo code for the deluxe edition bonus and nothing happened. How do I get the packs and tickets that I am supposed to get? Because it said I used my redeem code already but the packs are litterally no where to be found. Madden 17.

    Same thing happening here, god ea hates its customers.. they got a free 20 bucks from everyone who bought it apparently

    I think you get 1 all pro pack for 10 days, 1 each day
