Reset password
I reset my password 8 times now and it still says I need to reset it. I did what the guide said to do too even wait 90 mins. I think it’s because another Disc was in the game before I downloaded to game on my PS4 but I don’t know what to do.

It's possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. For example, the one your posting with has never played Madden so if you're resetting the password for this account, it wouldn't help. Are you able to load into Madden at all? If so, try going to the settings to see what the email address is for your account. That's the email for the EA account you should be resetting the password for.
