Reset Password

Just bought madden 25. When I open the game the “reset your password” screen keeps popping up. To my knowledge i’ve never had an EA account before so i made a new account and tried resetting the passwords, but nothing is working. I am also getting a message saying the EA servers are not available at this time. So if anyone has had these issues in the past, and gotten it fixed please let me know how to fix it.
