Can you try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select repair to see if that helps fix this for you? Looks to be a visual play-art error.

Does it happen in other game modes or only in that specific cloud franchise? Does it happen in new franchises?

@EA_Blueberry I can tell you that as soon as my regular slot receiver came back, the problem was fixed. I did try the repair; didn't help. I played an Exhibition game without it happening. Another thing, my usual slot receiver is not the 3rd wide receiver on my depth chart. I don't know if that has to do with the Lineup or who has a better Slot rating or what.
