How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure too be honest. One of my commissioners was looking at his salaries and noticed all the figures for 2021 and 2022 were "N/A"
What happens when the bug occurs? We cannot turn the salary cap back on
What do you expect to see? We expect to be able to turn the cap on and all current contracts take effect

A commissioner viewed their salaraies and saw "N/A" for his figures. We checked the settings and saw that the salary cap has been turned off. We cannot change it. We just need someone to revert it back. Even if we have to go back one or two weeks, we can set force wins to make up for it but need the cap turned on. Please help! We dont want to restart
