Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

I’m also having the same issue It it won’t let me even get my he chance to log in.

  Yeah, it says it is invalid and I can’t find any way to change the credentials or passwords.

  @tjk31803 Me to it tells me it’s invalid then doesn’t give me a chance to sign into my account
