The ineligible message means your gamertag is already linked to another EA account. You should be logging into the account your gamertag is linked to instead.

@EA_Aljo I’ve done this and have had no luck recovering anything. I do not have access to the original email so I don’t know what to do. I’ve spoken to a couple different reps with no luck. Thoughts?

These people are no help at all. I have been trying to play online all day yesterday. The agents just ask me the same questions and I give them the same answers.
