Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    @JothnathanR 

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

Hi there, @JothnathanR.

The ineligible message means your gamertag is already linked to another EA account. You should be logging into the account your gamertag is linked to instead.

Hey my Xbox wouldn’t connect to my WiFi but I reset I game an now I can’t get my old gamer tag I had to create another gamer tag so how do I get my old gamer tag back?
