Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

    Having the same issue all day and seeing the same message al DAY ! EA has a horrible customer support team who by conversation is limited in the ability of what they can actually do to reset this or get this fixed. I called twice and was cut off the second time. I just wasted 80 dollars for a game I cant play!
