The ineligible message means your gamertag is already linked to another EA account. You should be logging into the account your gamertag is linked to instead.

If you're all getting the invalid account message, please go to www.origin.com and reset the password of your EA account. If that still isn't working, it's very possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. If you either don't know the email for your EA account or you don't have access to that email, please contact an advisor here. They will need to go through the account recovery process.

When I go to origin.com like you suggested I get an error message that says login is currently unavailable. This is ridiculous ea released a broken game
Why do you need to login to your ea account to use offline modes. The game is broken and ea needs to make this right for there customers or they will be loosing quite a few
I have had the same PSN Account since i first bought my PS4, Ive played Madden games and Apex and my last EA game was Madden '19, now that I've bought Madden '21 I cant sign in and it says that its invalid and is ineligible, but ive been using the same account. I dont know what email it is but its definitely not an email that I'm using so someone must've hacked and changed everything as I have no other emails besides the ones that I have access to. I had to make an EA Account using the same email that I'd previously used yet it let me do it as if ive never had an EA Account with that email address. Can someone help me out because I've basically wasted my money so far 🤷🏻♂️
