If that still isn't working, it's very possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. If you either don't know the email for your EA account or you don't have access to that email, please contact an advisor here. They will need to go through the account recovery process.

No because I am not being charged however much it'll be to go around in circles with the same stuff. Each time I went through Live Chat ive been talking for 2-3 hours. I dont even want to think what I'll be charged if I rang.

Community ManagerIf you are getting the invalid account message, you need to go to www.origin.com and reset your password. I can see that the account you're posting from doesn't have a PSN ID linked to it. That means your PSN ID is linked to a different account. You need to reset the password for the EA account your PSN ID is linked to. An advisor can step you through this.
