Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    @JothnathanR 

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

Same here.  Very disappointing that I can play any mode beside franchise offline.  I honestly can’t believe I paid for this game.  I can’t see how they have so many issues.

    @abc1997517459 All I want to play is the yard I’ve never had an account before idk why it’s doing this? I was gamesharing but then I thought that was the problem so I bought the game still nothing works
