Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    @JothnathanR 

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

@EA_Aljo so you can’t respond to my post.. I did what you recommended still not luck. This is ridiculous I’ve never had this issue with last maddens, I get it each year and Same Psn name
