thanks aljo, is there any way you can help me find out which account that is because i tried all the accounts i know but none seem to work.
I know both of my accounts I just want to change it to the same one does anybody have any ideas ASAP I been grinding ultimate team and don’t want to lose my progress

Alright everybody hopefully that gives you all some of you insight to what's in store if you decide to contact EA for help and NO!!, even if they reply with "click this link to talk to an advisor" it doesn't work!! Basically if your account is invalid and resetting your password doesn't work and you do not know any of the information or miss one question of information you will be denied and they will not be able to switch the email that is blocking you from playing to your new one. Here are some screenshots of my conversation to give you more of a preview.... EA is has a pretty FLAWED system especially when players are shelling out 80$ for game they can't play cause they cant answer correct questions about "PURCHASE DATES" WTF??

Good luck with that I have tried that 3 different times and cannot get anything but the runaround freaking ridiculous do not support this crap company I know I won't be after spending hundreds of dollars every year for as long as I can remember not anymore!!!

I took a look at the account you're posting with. None of our games have been played on it. So, if that is the account you're trying to reset the password for, it's not the right one. If you don't know the email address for the EA account you play our games on, please open a case with an advisor here so they can help with this.
