Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    @JothnathanR 

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

Hi there, @JothnathanR.

The ineligible message means your gamertag is already linked to another EA account. You should be logging into the account your gamertag is linked to instead.

How do I figure out what ea account my gamer tag is linked to

    You may want to check all email accounts you can think of to see if there are any emails from us. Also, you can open a case with an advisor here and they will take you through the account recovery process. You don't have to know the email of the EA account your gamertag is linked to for this.
