Good luck with that I have tried that 3 different times and cannot get anything but the runaround freaking ridiculous do not support this crap company I know I won't be after spending hundreds of dollars every year for as long as I can remember not anymore!!!

So, if that is the account you're trying to reset the password for, it's not the right one. If you don't know the email address for the EA account you play our games on, please open a case with an advisor here so they can help with this.
