I took a look at the account you're posting with. None of our games have been played on it. So, if that is the account you're trying to reset the password for, it's not the right one. If you don't know the email address for the EA account you play our games on, please open a case with an advisor here so they can help with this.
yeah i had to set up a new account just to reply on here seeing how i cant get into my other account

I'm only seeing one case on your account. What is happening exactly? Are they asking you the account recovery questions, but you're not answering them accurately?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo i created the account years ago and i cant access either email it could be not to mention ive moved several times since then so it could be one of many addresses and ive had different phone numbers so something is apparently not right along the way i also gave them purchase history of every EA product ive bought dating back to madden 18 with order numbers and dates pulled straight from my xbox purchase history but no one can help me still

I have changed my password and I’m still not able to connect. My account says I’m connected but madden won’t connect. I’m able to play other ea sports games like ncaa 14 on my ps3 just not madden on my ps4
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo the link you send just sends me to a type in screen for which game I am having trouble with. Not a direct advisor.
